اتفاقية مستخدم سيفو شات

مرحبًا بك في سيفو شات ("المنصة" أو "التطبيق"). يتم توفير المنصة والتحكم فيها بواسطة سيفو شات ("سيفو" أو "نحن"). تمت كتابة شروط الخدمة هذه باللغة العربية، وفي حال وجود أي تعارض بين النسخة العربية والنسخة الإنجليزية، تسود النسخة الإنجليزية.

1. الإشعارات الخاصة

1.1 تحكم اتفاقية مستخدم سيفو شات ("الاتفاقية") استخدامك لخدماتنا، بما في ذلك تطبيق Sefoo Chat، وخدمات البث الصوتي والمجتمع الاجتماعي المرتبط به. سيتم الإشارة إليك وإلى سيفو شات معًا باسم "الأطراف".

1.2 باستخدام خدماتنا أو بالنقر على "تسجيل"، فإنك توافق على جميع شروط هذه الاتفاقية. يجوز لنا تحديث الاتفاقية من وقت لآخر، وسيتم نشر النسخة الحالية في قسم: من نحن > اتفاقية المستخدم.

1.3 لا يجوز لك استخدام خدماتنا إذا كان عمرك أقل من 16 عامًا، إلا بموافقة ولي الأمر. لا يجوز تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة عن العمر.

1.4 أنت مسؤول بالكامل عن حماية حسابك وكلمة المرور. أي نشاط يتم عبر حسابك يعتبر صادرًا منك.

⭐ الانتهاكات المحظورة داخل التطبيق (محدّثة بالكامل)

منع الترويج أو مشاركة أي محتوى جنسي أو إيحائي.
منع الإساءة أو السخرية أو الهجوم على الآخرين بأي شكل.
منع التنمر على ضحايا النزاعات أو الحوادث أو الكوارث.
منع المحتوى الذي يستغل الآخرين مثل الابتزاز أو التهديد.
منع نشر محتوى يهدف لإذلال أو إحراج أي شخص.
منع خطاب الكراهية أو التمييز ضد أي مجموعة.
منع الترويج لرموز أو مجموعات الكراهية.
منع تصوير العري أو الأوضاع الجنسية أو أجزاء الجسم بشكل جنسي.
منع المحتوى البذيء أو الشتائم أو الكلمات الجنسية.
منع الترويج للعلاقات البهيمية أو المحتوى غير الأخلاقي.
منع عدم احترام الموتى أو السخرية من الحوادث المأساوية.
منع إنكار الأحداث المأساوية الكبرى.
منع تصوير أو تشجيع بيع أو استخدام الكحول أو التبغ للقاصرين.
منع تصوير الإفراط في الشرب أو الترويج له.
منع بيع أو شراء المخدرات أو الأدوية بدون وصفة.
منع تعليم تصنيع أو زراعة المخدرات.
تحديث جديد: منع انتحال الهوية أو إنشاء حسابات مزيفة.
تحديث جديد: منع بيع الحسابات أو تداولها.
تحديث جديد: منع استخدام التطبيق لأغراض سياسية أو دعائية غير مصرح بها.
تحديث جديد: منع استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي لإنشاء محتوى مخالف أو مضلل داخل التطبيق.

2. محتوى الخدمات

2.1 يحق لسيفو شات تعديل محتوى الخدمات أو تحديثها أو تغييرها دون إشعار مسبق.

2.2 بعض الخدمات مدفوعة، وسيتم إعلامك قبل الدفع.

2.3 قد يتم إجراء صيانة تؤدي لانقطاع مؤقت للخدمات دون مسؤولية علينا.

2.4 يحق لسيفو شات تعليق أو إنهاء الخدمات في الحالات التالية: إذا كان المستخدم تحت السن القانوني، إذا خالف شروط الاستخدام، إذا لم يتم دفع الرسوم للخدمات المدفوعة.

2.5 يتم تقديم الخدمات "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات تتعلق بالدقة أو الجودة أو الاستمرارية.

3. الخصوصية

أنت تقر بأنك قرأت سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.

4. العناصر الافتراضية

4.1 يمكنك شراء الذهب الافتراضي والهدايا وكسب الماس داخل التطبيق.

4.2 يتم عرض سعر الذهب عند الشراء، ويتم الدفع عبر مزود الدفع الخاص بك.

4.3 الذهب غير قابل للاسترداد نقدًا ويستخدم فقط داخل Sefoo Chat.

4.4 جميع عمليات شراء الذهب والهدايا نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع.

5. إنهاء الخدمات

6. إخلاء المسؤولية

أنت تستخدم خدمات سيفو شات على مسؤوليتك الخاصة. لا نضمن عدم الانقطاع أو الدقة أو الأمان الكامل. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسائر ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمات.

7. شروط أخرى

الاتفاقية كاملة ونهائية. إذا أصبح أي بند غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى البنود الأخرى سارية.

8. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الاتفاقية للمعايير والقواعد القانونية العالمية المعتمدة في مجال التطبيقات الرقمية، وبما يتوافق مع سياسات المتاجر الإلكترونية مثل Google Play وApp Store.

Sefoo Chat User Agreement

Welcome to Sefoo Chat (“the platform” or “the app”). The platform is provided and operated by Sefoo Chat (“Sefoo”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service are written in Arabic and English. If any conflict occurs between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.

1. General Notices

1.1 This Sefoo Chat User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of our services, including the Sefoo Chat application, audio rooms, live broadcasting features, and social interaction tools. You and Sefoo Chat will be referred to collectively as “the Parties”.

1.2 By using our services or clicking “Register”, you agree to all terms in this Agreement. We may update these terms periodically, and the latest version will always be available under: About Us > User Agreement.

1.3 You may not use our services if you are under 16 years old, unless you have valid parental consent. Providing false age information is prohibited.

1.4 You are fully responsible for protecting your account and password. Any activity performed through your account is considered your own responsibility.

No targeting victims of conflicts, disasters, or tragedies.
No exploitation, blackmail, or threats.

No promotion of hate symbols or hate groups.
No nudity, sexual poses, or sexualized body content.
No profanity, slurs, or adult keywords.
No bestiality or immoral content.
No disrespect toward deceased individuals or tragic events.
No denial of major tragic events.
No depiction or encouragement of alcohol or tobacco use by minors.
No positive portrayal of excessive drinking.
No selling or buying illegal drugs or prescription medicine without authorization.
No instructions for drug manufacturing or cultivation.
New: No identity impersonation or creation of fake accounts.
New: No selling or trading accounts.
New: No political or promotional activities without authorization.
New: No use of AI to generate harmful, misleading, or prohibited content.

2. Service Content

2.1 Sefoo Chat may modify or update service content at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Some services are paid. You will be notified before any payment is required.

2.3 Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions. Sefoo Chat is not liable for such interruptions.

2.4 We may suspend or terminate services if: The user is under the minimum age, The user violates the Agreement, The user fails to pay for paid services.

2.5 All services are provided “as is” without guarantees regarding accuracy, quality, or uninterrupted availability.

3. Privacy

You acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

4. Virtual Items

4.1 You may purchase virtual gold, send virtual gifts, and earn virtual diamonds.

4.2 Gold prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through your chosen payment provider.

4.3 Virtual gold cannot be exchanged for real money and is only usable within Sefoo Chat.

4.4 All purchases of gold and gifts are final and non‑refundable.

5. Termination of Services

You may delete your account by contacting us: support@s3fo.com

6. Disclaimer

You use Sefoo Chat at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or complete security. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of the app.

7. Additional Terms

This Agreement is complete and final. If any clause becomes unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain valid.

8. Governing Principles

This Agreement is governed by globally recognized digital service standards and international best practices applicable to online platforms. It aligns with the policies required by major app stores such as Google Play and the App Store.
